Event collateral design and theming

An End of year Twilight Staff Party was hosted at Caulfield Racecourse – the event had a bit of a carnival and festival feel to it with live music, games and activities throughout the afternoon.

An event look and feel was developed to create a sense of excitement leading up to the party, and this colourful and lively design was rolled out across all event collateral and shared with their staff through; e-invitation, online registration website, onsite event signage, menu designs, guest wristbands and event staff and crew.

By creating a cohesive event look and feel, guests were able to connect the theme holistically to the event which elevated the overall experience and provided a streamlined visual story from the first touchpoint, to the final departure.
