Something for the soul…

Yoga has been my ‘thing’ for almost half my life; the practice that gives me the space to clear my mind, feel into my body, and connect to my breath. The ‘thing’ that I turn to when life gets stressful, busy, emotional.

2017 I embarked on my Yoga teaching journey.
2018 was the leap; leaving my full-time job to discover where this next chapter as a Yoga Teacher would lead to.
2020 was a year of lockdown. And also the year our covid baby came into our lives.

I’ve found a new balance of life; being a mum, teaching yoga and graphic design.

I incorporate strength and movement within my Vinyasa sequencing to expand students’ self-awareness and encourage their development and exploration within their physical practice. I love this creative aspect on how modern yoga is constantly evolving and becoming a more intelligent physical practice for mindfulness and connection.

Expect plenty of core, leg strength, arm balances and handstands for a fun and energetic practice.
